Estimates & pricing
Quote requests must be submitted through this website with photos. Estimates are based on the information and photos you provide and are approximate. A final price is confirmed in person before any work begins. You may decline the final price with no obligation.
Payment
Payment is due upon completion of the job unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept major cards, cash and electronic payment. Invoiced commercial accounts are due within the terms stated on the invoice.
Items we cannot accept
We cannot transport hazardous materials, including but not limited to: paint and solvents, chemicals, asbestos, medical waste, propane and fuel tanks, ammunition, and certain electronics restricted by Connecticut law. We will point you to the appropriate disposal option.
Access & site conditions
You agree to provide safe access to the items being removed and to disclose known hazards. If items differ significantly from what was described or photographed, we may revise the quote before proceeding.
Ownership & disposal
Once loaded, items become the property of R&B Services LLC. We sort loads for donation, recycling and responsible disposal at our discretion. Please remove anything you wish to keep before we arrive.
Cancellations
You may cancel or reschedule at no charge with reasonable notice. Repeated same-day cancellations after a crew has been dispatched may incur a trip fee.
Liability
We are fully insured and take care to protect your property. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or for damage that results from conditions we were not made aware of. Any concerns should be raised with the crew lead before we leave the site.
