When you request a quote we collect the details you enter — name, phone number, town, removal type, optional job notes and preferred date, and the photos you upload. We also log basic technical data (IP address, browser type) to prevent spam and abuse.
How we use it
We use this information solely to prepare your estimate, schedule your pickup, and call or text you about your estimate and job. We do not sell or rent your information to anyone.
Calls and text messages
By submitting a quote request you agree that we may contact you by phone call or SMS about that request and your job. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out of texts, or tell us you prefer a call instead.
Photos
Photos you send are used to estimate your job. We may take before-and-after photos on site for our records and, only with your permission, for use on our website or social media.
Storage & security
Quote requests are stored on our secured server and shared only with the team members handling your job. We keep them as long as needed for scheduling, invoicing and our records.
Cookies & analytics
This site uses no advertising cookies and no third-party analytics. We keep our own basic record of page views — the page visited, the referring site, your browser type, approximate device details, and IP address — purely to understand how the site performs and to filter out automated traffic. It is stored on our own server, is never sold or shared, and is not used to build a profile of you.
